Arriving
Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment, and 10 minutes early for all other appointments. This will give you the necessary time to settle in and fill out any forms if necessary. In fairness to all of our clients, appointments will always begin as scheduled and any late arrivals may lose a portion of their treatment time.
Please keep Silent your cell phone after arriving to enjoy the relaxation moments.
We fully understand that sometimes being late outside not in your control. We will always do our best to accommodate late arrivals by performing the most complete treatment possible in the time remaining. Unfortunately, arriving too late to perform a service will result in a cancellation. Bring any Valid ID (Passport/National Id/Driving License/Any Other Valid Id copy/id photo in mobile ) with you when you are visiting the SPA. Our SPA is located in a fully commercial Property and need to show any identification at the time of visit as the policy of the property.

Booking
When booking your Spa Package, you will be asked to provide a valid credit/debt card number to reserve your appointment by the system. If you cancel the booking less than 6 hours in advance we will charge you a small amount from your payment. If you re-schedule less than 12 hours notice, a re-booking fee will be applied. If you re-schedule or cancel the appointment with more than 12 hours notice the deposit will remain on your account and may be used for future appointments.
When booking any Service on a Long Weekend, you may be asked to reserve your appointment by deposited the service amount. If you cancel or re-schedule with less than 24 hours in advance for your appointment, you will be charged for the service that you were booked for.
Upon completion, you will be able to pay for your services with your choice of Visa, MasterCard, Debit , PayPal or Cash. We do no accept American Express. If you don’t have a credit card, you can pre-pay for your services in cash to hold your reservation.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel an appointment please call us on (+971) 524 028 847 at-least 12 hours in advance or as soon as possible. That will give us the most time to re-book other clients. Note that we will ask for a deposit when booking and you may be charged a re-booking fee if applicable. We ask that you do call us and inform us as soon as possible for re-book or cancelation, so we may make a note of it.

Modification to Terms
All massage and spa services are subject to therapist availability. Golden Serven Spa has all rights to cancel or modify the booking. Customer has to inform via call or message prior an hour of schedule to confirm the booking.

Refund Policy
Golden Serven Spa Massage Center shall not refund any amount paid against spa or massage services under any circumstances. The customer paying from their personal credit/debit card or any person related shall be considered as gift to the customer.

We feel that every client deserves the highest level of services satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your service please let us know immediately. Our SPA also offers free touch-ups within the first week after any service marked as not satisfied. We would also appreciate your feedback. Feedback surveys are available at our front desk or submit by email or in person. Alternatively, you may fill out the form on our contact page of our Website or FB page. So that we can continue the follow-up to make your each and every visit memorable & very best.
